Normally for this kind of post, I’d jump straight into the dialog without explanation. I intend to here as well. But first, I’d like to stall a bit, filling up space until the preview text runs out.

Aaron Levitz wrote a new blog post: Changing gears
Hey, everyone. Work’s been pretty crazy with all the holiday movies to promote, so I’ve had to put a lot of things on hold.

* MIDI in
* MIDI out
I’d read through several tutorials regarding MIDI data and the Arduino, but those freely admitted that their circuit designs weren’t compliant with official MIDI specifications. I don’t know [...]10 months, 2 weeks ago · View

Aaron Levitz wrote a new blog post: An auspicious start
So, I broke my headphones a while back. Yanked the cable from my computer, and the end stayed behind. This wasn’t deliberate.
I’d scheduled some vacation time to sit down and learn electronics. Bought an arduino board and a box full of sensors, and I figured replacing the broken jack on those headphones would be a [...]11 months ago · View
