I love the idea of running Processing in browsers and experimented with processing.js in Safari on the iPhone some time ago: http://www.rockitbaby.de/experiments/processingjs-on-iphone – Here are some of the standard processing examples translated for the iPhone http://www. rockitbaby.de/experiments/iphone/processing/
I think there is some cross-platform potential in mixing http://phonegap.com/ with Processing.js

I use data by last.fm to create the charts. At the time of building last.fm only offers data for the 100 cities listed on the website. I’m sorry, but cannot add more cities.
@brian data is from last.fm check out the API website http://last.fm/api/show/?service=421
@TVarmy great idea. I’ll add this in the next version.

@Clemens A list is a good idea as I failed doing another visualization that groups similar cities.
@Alex last.fm only charts the 100 cities listed. I have no chance to add more cities, yet.

Musichackday Stockholm comes to the end. People start submitting their hacks to the musichackday wiki. There are some awesome projects to explore.
Simon Hohberg and Robert Böhnke build this radio that plays songs from soundcloud by city and tag.

@Christophe NOT doing the intersection for the first release was very confusing. That’s the first thing I changed today. I also have to rethink the titel, as it is more “What people listen to in my city AND your city”…
Now the number behing the artist name (which is total listeners from that city) is displayed [...]

I find myself in a bus on the way back to Hamburg and not where I was expected to be: in Stockholm. My flight from Lübeck was canceled due to bad weather and Ryanair was not able to provide any alternative. No other way to get there.
